How do I return an item?
Larry's Off Road Center does not sell your name or information to other companies.
If you have any problem with a purchase from Larry's, give us a call, and we'll be happy to assist you in whatever way we can. Please call us first. All returns require phone authorization! All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns after six months from date of receipt. No returns on special ordered items. No returns on electrical parts.

Larry's makes every attempt to ensure accuracy with pricing and availability on our web site. However, it is beyond our control to guarantee total accuracy. You'll find a fair deal at Larry's. Fictitious pricing and false claims have never been our style. We're sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for errors. Freight Policy: Larry's Off Road Center does everything possible to insure it's accuracy with freight pricing, however, some items do not ship within the freight pricing available on this site. We reserve the right to change freight pricing, but will not do so without notifying you before charging your card.
Larry's backorder policy is as follows: If we are out of an item and you do not receive it within 30 days, we will automatically cancel the order. If we are out of an item and we get it in after 2 weeks, but before the 30 days is up, we will call before shipping to insure you still want the product. Larry's will only ship your order automatically if we get the part in within the first 2 week period.
